I partecipanti apprenderanno le principali problematiche legate a postura, affaticamento visivo, stress e altre condizioni muscolo-scheletriche. Il corso fornir\u00e0 linee guida su come organizzare ergonomicamente la postazione di lavoro, esercizi e pause consigliate, e l’importanza della corretta illuminazione e dell’adeguata manutenzione degli schermi. Saranno anche trattate le normative di sicurezza e salute applicabili.<\/p>\n
