Training Course for Employers on Health and Safety

The Employer Training Course, lasting 16 hours, complies with the 2025 State-Regions Agreement. Its objective is to provide legal, organizational, and managerial skills for the proper implementation of workplace prevention measures. The training program is framed within the regulatory context of Legislative Decree 81/2008, which defines obligations, responsibilities, and the organization of the company prevention system.

COURSE PROGRAM:

Module 1 – Legal and Regulatory Framework• Legislative system on occupational health and safety• Role and responsibilities of the employer• Stakeholders in the prevention system (Legislative Decree 81/08)• Delegation of functions and civil and criminal liability• Administrative liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001)• Prevention of workplace violence and harassment• Inclusion of workers with disabilities• Role of supervisory authorities (Local Health Authorities, National Labour Inspectorate, Fire Brigade, INAIL)• Inspection procedures

Module 2 – Organization and Management of Health and Safety• Protective measures and organization of safety (Articles 15 and 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08)• Safety standards for equipment, systems, and workplaces• Risk assessment and prevention and protection measures• Management of specific risks (work-related stress, pregnancy, gender and age differences)• Management of interference risks and DUVRI• Emergency management and first aid• Contracting and subcontracting management and periodic safety meetings• Health surveillance• Information, training, and consultation of workers• Monitoring compliance with safety procedures• Safety organization and management models• Costs of non-safety and benefits of prevention• Communication and safety information techniques
